RESEARCH FINDINGS’ UPDATE PROCESS: Please also read the timeframe at the end of the service’s description for when the genealogy research will conclude. A shared link to the family genealogy research is immediately emailed in a second genealogy research confirmation email for client to view progress of the family genealogy research’s trace at any time. The first follow-up written email of the initial research update is emailed between 4-8 weeks, or prior, from the date of the research’s confirmation email. The first written email update’s timeframe is based upon research of census records and vital records, and copies of records that are ordered to begin the genealogy research. View the family genealogy research’s family tree shared link to view the family research’s progress when the first research findings’ update email is still being prepared after the initial research update period. Please be mindful that no individual client is the only client; there’s other clientele’s research that are worked on and every client’s research is prioritized equally. Genealogy research is continuous throughout the process after the genealogy research findings updates are emailed until conclusion, which will be notified to client through email.

When the genealogy research process is impeded by client not giving time for the genealogy research process to be conducted after the research just began, the genealogy research service fee is immediately refunded and the research is deleted. Genealogy research’s service fee is not refundable after research updates are emailed and records are ordered to research ancestors’ parents, which is displayed to client that genealogy records are ordered in email updates for their family’s research.

At no point are the family information (such as grandparents’ names, birthdates, and birthplaces, and genealogy research) disclosed outside of the genealogy research process between client and Johnnie Aborigine Genealogy Research.

After the full names (including maidens), birthdates, and birthplaces of immediate maternal OR paternal grandparents are provided in Add Note at checkout, the family genealogy research conducted by Johnnie Aborigine Genealogy Research immediately begins after the research’s confirmation emails are sent, which notifies client that their family research information has been received. A shared link to the family tree, that will store the genealogy research, will be included in confirmation reply email for tracking the genealogy research’s progress and detailed written updates of research findings will also be emailed to client as soon as they’re identified and available. After the research confirmation email is delivered, the family genealogy research is a meticulous research process consisting of researching your immediate maternal OR paternal grandparents’ lineage by generation to generation with legal records.

RESEARCH PROCESS:

Two (maternal OR paternal) grandparents’ lineages are researched, to identify each grandparents’ ancestral origin from prior generations, using legal records, such as federal census records, tribal land allotment records, tribal citizenship census records, vital records (birth/marriage/death), social security application indexes, land deeds, wills, plantation inventories (among others), and researching possible common relatives shared with American Indians from American Indian tribal family trees who share the same family surname in the same county or city. The immediate grandparents’ generation are traced from vital records and census records to identify who their parents are, and that method is repeated for several more generations into their lineages to identify names of earlier generations’ parents, before researching the earlier generations on tribal census records or plantation records.

The Two Grandparent Genealogy Research identifies American Indian ancestors or people of color’s ancestral origin in American lineages — for families whose grandparents' ancestry are from/has ancestry through any U.S. state, Europe, and Caribbean — using 17th-19th century census records, vital records, court cases, land transactions, land allotments, tribal citizenship records, court cases, and land transactions. The Research identifies the origin of all People of Color in family’s lineage. At any point that online roadblocks exists, copies of birth records, death records, and social security application indexes are ordered to continue research, as well as physical field research takes place at any southeastern states’ county courthouses, county vital record offices, and state archives centers if necessary.

STANDARD RESEARCH TIMEFRAME:

Two grandparents’ genealogy research is concluded in 6-12 months to identify the grandparents’ origin of descent in each of their family lineages. At the conclusion of the family research, the digital family book document of the family’s traced generations and genealogy research’s findings is emailed to client.

Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and Caribbean family genealogy research can take an additional 8-12 months added to the standard timeframe to conclude tribal or plantation lineage origins of ancestors from Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, or Caribbean.

Two grandparents’ genealogy research may be concluded in 4-8 weeks or less, depending on how readily-identifiable that the family’s background information are.

American Indian Genealogy Research doesn't make any ancestors become American Indian, but identifies American Indian ancestors based on direct bloodline descent, pre-colonial land ties, their direct individual identification on historical legal records of being tribal American Indians, or through common relation with other American Indian relatives, who share the same common grandparents from the same county or territory.
